VIDEO PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
The video production assistant’s primary responsibility is to schedule and execute the livestream broadcast of weekly worship services at Mercy Presbyterian Church. This includes the set-up and take down of all relevant broadcast equipment, including cameras and simple audio recording gear. Additional tasks include periodic maintenance of our YouTube video library and database.
The production assistant will need to have a basic skill set pertaining to video recording technology; any prior experience in basic cinematography or video production will be highly valued. Prior experience in webcasting on the Ecamm Live or OBS platforms will be highly valued as well. Audio production skills are a plus but not necessary.
Training on the particularities of our software and cloud services implementation will be given.
The Video Production Assistant will report to the Pastoral Staff (Senior Pastor & Intern). Working hours on the average week are 9:30am-12:30pm each Sunday.
